50 Cent’s 'Power' gets official season 3 airdate

If you’re not watching Power, you definitely should be. The twists and turns, drama and originality of the series has been great so far and 50 Cent, executive producer and one of the stars on the show, has just announced on Twitter that the show will be returning for a third season on July 17! Yaassss!

The show follows James “Ghost” St. Patrick (played by Omari Hardwick), a nightclub owner who leads a double life as a drug lord. Things are starting to crumble for him and people are onto his double life, so it’s definitely getting intense.

[Spoiler alert] If you’ve been watching it, you’ll know that we were left on a major cliffhanger at the end of the second season with “Ghost” seemly killing off 50 Cent’s character, Kanan, in a fire. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens!
