Who dazzled at Cannes?: 15 best dressed

The 69th Annual Cannes Film Festival this year was a buzz of colour, sparkle and glamour. It has felt more like a fashion show than a film festival but it has definitely kept us all awing after celebrity outfits and styles. Here’s a quick rundown of the top 15 best-dressed women so far!

1. Blake Lively was radiating in Atelier Versace at The BFG premiere. Her sweeping, blue, one-shoulder dress was a showstopper especially with her cute baby bump on display.
