One big 'Breaking Bad' reunion

This has got to be one of my recent favourite videos! To celebrate Bryan Cranston’s big 6-0, Jimmy Kimmel Live threw him a birthday bash that he’ll never forget. In true My Super Sweet 16 style, we watched and laughed as Cranston demands a lavish birthday party despite his parents’ lack of funds. Through tantrums, immaturity and spoilt behaviour akin to a self-obsessed teenager, he gets everything he wants from crowns and a Lambo to his favourite singer, Sisqó, performing the Thong Song.

Full of melodrama, meltdowns, attention-seeking, Cranston seamlessly embraces the role of a bratty, over-privileged teenager. It was such a laugh to watch, more so because his Breaking Bad comrades Bob Odenkirk and Aaron Paul starred as Cranston’s friends.

The 15-minute spoof includes some funny lines, especially from Odenkirk who says “you look like a sleepy refugee” and “that hat is too hatty” while Cranston tries on various outfits for his party.
