Chris Brown wins big in custody battle
Chris Brown won big against baby mama Nia Guzman in a custody battle in court on Tuesday. Nia sent Chris to court on the basis of him being an unfit father, unable to care properly for Royalty without strict supervision.
As well as wanting a nanny to be around to ensure Chris was acting responsibly, she wanted to give him less time with their daughter.
The judge wasn’t convinced about Nia’s claims of Chris’ drug use and gang affiliation, therefore his contact with the 1-year-old wasn’t reduced as his baby mama had hoped.
The pair will continue to have the same joint custody agreement that was in place with Chris currently getting 12 days with his daughter.
Nia wasn’t happy about this at all and took to Instagram saying: “There’s no big victory when it comes to children.” She then went on to talk about how she was advised by a friend to take Chris to court to monitor his drug use and to allow for random house visits.
You can read her entire post below. Do you agree with her point? Was she right to take Chris to court?
