Are Beyoncé and Jay Z finally releasing an album together?

We’ve been hearing these rumours for a long, long time and it’s never happened. Even before Beyoncé’s On the Run tour, there were supposed talks about the album but for some reason it was always “coming soon”–unfortunately, it never quite materialised. It’s been disappointing for fans so far but Page Six has recently revealed that the album may be “coming sooner than later” and may even be complete already. The rumoured album is to be released on Tidal.

A source tells Page Six, “Jay and Beyoncé were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after ‘Lemonade.’ It’s more their style to respond through music.”

Could their new album quash doubtful thoughts about the strength of their relationship? Could it put to bed all the rumours and talks about the identity of “Becky with the good hair” and infidelity mentioned in Beyoncé’s visual album Lemonade? The source suggests that Bey and Jay’s new album may confront issues raised in Lemonade and as well as their relationship.
