Amber Heard files for divorce from Johnny Depp

Shockingly (or not), Amber Heard has filed for divorce from Johnny Deep just days after his mother, Betty Sue Palmer, died. We're wondering what could possibly have gone wrong at such an unfortunate time. 

Amber filed for divorce earlier this week on Monday on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. In the court papers, Amber said that the date of separation was Sunday (22/05). 

Amber is also asking for spousal support and sources say the couple had no prenuptial agreement before they tied the knot last February.

Johnny has filed a response through his lawyer asking for a judge to reject Amber’s spousal support claim.

The pair met in 2011 on the set of their film The Rum Diary, and to be honest we’re pretty sad to see the gorgeous couple split!
